Kazi Nazrul Islam International Airport
The Kazi Nazrul Islam International Airport is a privatised international airport at Andal in Durgapur subdivision of Bardhaman district in the Indian state of West Bengal.
Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport is India's first Aerotropolis located in Durgapur in West Bengal, India. It is being developed in association with Singapore's Changi Airports International(CAI) and constructed by Bengal Aerotropolis Project Limited (BAPL).
The name of the airport is dedicated to the Bengali Bidrohi poet Kazi Nazrul Islam.
